We had only been living in Colorado for 18 months when Cathy was due to have our second child.This meant we had to find a home with an extra bedroom.It was at this stage that Cecilia recommended that we should purchase our own home.Due to our lack of credit history in the U.S we were not very hopeful.

However with the hard work and dedication of Cecilia and Chris our dream was realised
and soon we moved into our townhome.The total process from start to finish was an amazing 3 weeks.
